I really satisfied with all your efforts for the end of season 1.. it's show us how the standard story end and will start again in a different formulae in the future.. Those optimize characters screen time is really appreciated and I respect you manage to pull it off..I will wait for season 2.
I love songs of war, it has inspired me in so many ways. The hype I felt when I first watched the series was so real, and it's come back now with the end of season 1. I really want to see all the seasons happen, season 2, season 3, all of them! I love this, it's amazing!!! Don't let it die now, not when it's just started! Thank you so much Black Plasma Studios for putting so much time, effort, and thought into this. I am so glad that this story is in my life, thank you.
Wow... You did all this work and spend so much time for this series... And its freaking free! I can’t imagine anyone just creating a full story with quality animation and sound design for free. We didn’t deserve this.... but you did it anyway. I’m proud of everyone who worked on songs of war.

Deathsinger Theory Now, if we ignore the theory that Clanless Ardoni are cross-breed Ardoni, I think that Deathsinger is a Nestoris-Voltaris hybrid. Why? It might just be me, but does Deathsinger's Ardoni marks seem to fade a tad into the yellow color near the bottom of his torso and legs? In the prologue, he also competed in the tournament under the disguise of being a Nestoris, which is something we have not seen anybody do. The lack of particles also suggests that it's not a song that helped him do that. And then there's this bit in the real Deathsinger vs Tidesinger fight in the past where Deathsinger hinted that it was Tidesinger who suggested Deathsinger to participate in the tournament. How would a Voltaris get in contact with a loyal Nestoris? Saying he's like a Voltaris traitor in the beginning doesn't fit because there were Ardoni guards rushing to protect the Songs, also if that was the case he wouldn't have to hide. Deathsinger and Tidesinger also seemed to have some sort of history, which could also support my previous reason. TLDR: I think Deathsinger is a Voltaris-Nestoris hybrid because his marking faded a bit yellow, he somehow disguised himself as a Nestoris in the prologue, he hinted it was Tidesinger who suggested he join the tournament and Tidesinger wouldn't have known a Voltaris back then Edit: Holy Notch I didn't think this would blow up like it did. I only wrote this comment because I needed to get this thought off my chest.
I've actually realized maybe Death singer and the TIDESINGER are brothers? I mean why would both of them have an ending nickname of singer? Also we can see they look like if they have sybling issues idk?
Actually, the names of Deathsinger and Tidesinger are Ingressus and Achillean respectively
But why he only camouflaged in episode one as a nestoris. Tha fact that his a little bit yellow on his markings doeasn't mean that. That was only another type of lighter Red colour.

I just want to thank you for this amazing series that has been a real highlight over the last few weeks, and I want to compliment you and everyone at Black Plasma Studios for doing such an amazing job on the animation, voice acting, and especially the world building and plot. The world you've created is so multifaceted and complex that I could easily imagine a bunch of different stories. It's just a shame that it's so labor intensive to make these episodes. So congrats on finishing season one, and I hope that you are able to make a second. (P.S in the last scene I didn't see any of the songs from the dead Ardoni. I realize that it isn't that helpful now, and I may have just missed them, idk.) Edit: I also don't know if the songs would require a lot of render time or anything even remotely related to the mechanical part of animation.
Yeah I totally agree! Even though SoW is now cancelled, after reading the ending in the script, I got so many ideas for how the series could continue from there... Storylines that don't even include the main characters... The SoW team really worked hard on this series and brought its world to life so beautifully. They were really able to show how big the SoW world really is, bringing so much potential along with it. It's like we could have an infinite amount of stories just from one world! It's really too bad we weren't able to go from there, but with everything that has already been given to us, even if we couldn't get the most out of Songs of War, we could imagine the scenes. The hard work that the SoW team put into Songs of War really did pay off.
I hope they will do a season 2, but let’s let them rest for now. It really pushed them to the limits. Just think of this, you are in actual Minecraft, you find a cave, and imagine that “oh we are gonna get some coal and iron” but then you come down to level 30, and you weren’t ready for that, and you find some redstone and lapis, now you were scared, because you werent ready for it, and you wanna rest for now. Now, that’s like why SoW was cancelled.

My theory is that Senn is Voltaris and Thallous couldn't bring myself to kill Senn, after he or someone else had just killed his parents. Senn siblings were killed by other people. The only problem with this theory is the question: why would baby Senn be out in the war? Anyways it's a theory

I really hope there’s a season 2 this is an amazing series.
I feel like we need a list of all the song powers, cause it seems like there's a lot of songs with names that we're unaware of, and I think it would be nice.

This is just a little idea I've got about Ria because we don't know if she died or not so if she is still alive I've got an idea of how Senn finds her here we go. After training to fight Senn should go out looking for the lava guy (forgot his name sorry) and he gets attacks and fight's this person in a mask (Ria) after the fight and using there songs he finds out that it's Ria. Hope you like this idea and I hope you can use it. Love your video's BTW.

I wish Senn is the "chosen one" to hold all 4 Prime Song and if possible the user of a future 5th Prime Song.
If there would be 5 Prime songs, that extra one gonna need a whole other type of song unless it's every type combined, that will be too OP so they won't add it. And judging from how the death singer shows that the songs power corrupt the user, senn gonna be having some problems with it if he gets one

I love the amount work put into this animation and its breathtaking story. I'll wait in silence for the 2nd season should it arise. The Tidesinger's Glave-like Staff is one my favorite weapon designs in the animation. It fits so well with the movements the Tidesinger was doing making him feel so agile.
ok, here's a theory: I think Senn is the son/grandson of the t̶i̶d̶e̶p̶o̶d̶ tidesinger. So, it is possible that the deathsinger is a cross breed ardoni, as has been speculated by Luna Devlin in this same comment section, and he is also the only ardoni so far to have been able to disguise himself as a different clan, which we also know he did without a song since there were no particles when he changed back. Now, we know that the tidesinger did survive the battle on mt Velgrin, and he knows that the deathsinger went through the portal after his big speech about coming back, so it wouldn't have been too hard to put 2 and 2 together. What if, after the great war, he dissappeared off to some remote place that most of the ardoni don't know about (whence, presumed dead), and there he fell in love with someone from another clan, and had Senn. Perhaps the reason Thalleous took Senn to Sendaria was because he was the only person the Tidesinger told about his location. From this point on, I am far less sure of this theory, so I highly doubt anything from this point on is true. Maybe Senn's village never was attacked, maybe it was, who knows, but the important part is that the Tidesinger made sure that Thalleous got Senn away to a safe location where the Voltaris wouldn't find him, maybe some random Sendarian village? Now, one day, Senn will learn the truth of his past, and why he's clanless, which I assume is because he can disguise himself as any clan, but has no idea what clan he's from, so he's just clanless until he decides. If this turns out to be true, which let's be honest, it won't, I think it's highly likely that Senn will face off against the Deathsinger (or Tygren I guess) using Thalleous' sword and the Tidesinger's staff, since, y'know, they would both hold great significance with him by that point. And let's be honest, that's atleast pretty cool to think about, and a pretty symbolic final fight. 2 hyrbid ardoni, each wielding a sword and staff, facing off on Mt Velgrin

Wow, I can't believe it's here already. What I've been waiting for since this whole thing started, and I know it's going to be EPIC! I mean, I haven't even watched the episode yet and I'm hyped for Season 2 already. But seriously, David and his team have done a fantastic job at this series and, honestly, I don't think I've ever been more hyped for any game or movie or series then I am every week for Songs of War. Now, talking to BPS, there are a few questions I'd like to ask. I would be honored if you'd answer all of them (I promise they won't be story related) because one, if the great David. R. B responds to me I'd be honored for life, and two, who knows when I'll be able to talk with you guys next (I don't have discord yet unfortunately :P). So, here they are: Q1: when will the full season video release? (a date would be nice, but I understand) Q2: how long will the post-season break be? (I predict three months) Q3: will season 2 follow the same uploading format? (once every two weeks for five episodes, two month break then an episode every week) Q4: why are you guys just so dang cool? Q5: is mayonnaise an instrument? Q6: do any of you play Terraria? (It's my favorite game so that's why I'm asking) Love what you guys do, can't wait for the future and I hope Songs of War blows up because it's not getting enough recognition as it should be, and I'm happy that one day David just randomly decided to make Halo machinimas because if he didn't we wouldn't be here for this epic series! After watching this series and hearing from the cast that auditions were placed on casting call club I now realize that I had the chance to audition for this series, but I didn't because for some reason I did not see that it was being made by Black Plasma Studios and I wasn't expecting it to go anywhere, but now that I have watched the series I am beating myself over and over again for not taking my chance on this. I am really hoping that there is going to be a season 2 and I could get the chance to audition for it. Keep up all of the amazing work!!!!!!!

Dude. I’ve been learning blender. Everyone makes it look impossible for a good effect without stupid amount of work. Yet here you are making the best minecraft animations on KZhead with planes. I’ve only just learned how to rig stuff. I only know how to do weight paint mode and it’s driving me to insanity.
I loved this season, but I hope that "Worlds Apart 3" is getting out soon.

“Hopefully I’ll see you all again in Songs of War season 2” That was really sad because they weren’t able to afford season 2 and now David is facing allegations (which are most likely true). Honestly this all leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth.
